How long does it take for shipping and delivery?
Pacific Beads will make every effort to ship your order by the next business day from when it was placed. In the occurrence that your order is not shipped the next day, you will be emailed with a notification of the delay. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
- Pacific Beads requires 24 hours for orders to be processed.
- Orders place on Friday will be process the following Monday (Orders place at 4:00pm on Friday will be processed at 4:00pm on the following Monday) Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
- Orders made by phone should allow up to 48 hours for processing.
- “Order completed” notification occurs only when your order has been shipped. You will receive this notification via email provided.
- Orders are shipped by UPS. A physical address is required for shipment.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:

- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- UPS delivery can take up to 6 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take up to 10-15 Business Days after order processing.
- UPS requires a package to be missing for 7 calendar days for domestic deliveries and 11-16 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, before it can be declared lost.
